This umami-packed marinade brings out rich flavor in tofu, tempeh, or meats by using Original Bücha Kombucha as a base. Its natural acidity tenderizes while adding a hint of fermented depth — a simple way to make your meals more gut-friendly and delicious.

Ingredients
½ cup Bücha Kombucha (Original flavor)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove (grated)
1 tsp brown sugar
Preparation
Mix everything in a bowl.
Pour over tofu or chicken and marinate for at least 30 mins.
Grill or pan-fry as usual!
