The kombucha adds a natural acidity (like vinegar, but gentler and gut-friendly!), while crushed raspberries and honey balance it out with fruity richness. Perfect over leafy greens, grilled chicken, or even a grain bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 parts olive oil

  • 1 part Bücha Kombucha (Mixed Berries or Assam Boi flavor)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 part crushed raspberries (with juice)

  • 1 tsp A-1 sauce (optional)


Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.

  2. Whisk or shake until fully blended.

  3. Drizzle over fresh greens or grain bowls.
