Bright, tangy, and just a little sweet — this raspberry kombucha dressing is a game-changer for your everyday salads. The kombucha adds a natural acidity (like vinegar, but gentler and gut-friendly!), while crushed raspberries and honey balance it out with fruity richness. Perfect over leafy greens, grilled chicken, or even a grain bowl!

Ingredients
2 parts olive oil
1 part Bücha Kombucha (Mixed Berries or Assam Boi flavor)
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste
1 part crushed raspberries (with juice)
1 tsp A-1 sauce (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Whisk or shake until fully blended.
Drizzle over fresh greens or grain bowls.
