This smoothie blends the creaminess of yogurt, the sweetness of berries, and the subtle fizz of kombucha into one refreshing glass. The added dried dates give it a naturally sweet finish without refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice

  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or sweetened)

  • 3 cups mixed berries (blueberries & raspberries work great)

  • 1 cup Bücha Kombucha (Mixed Berries flavor recommended)

  • 2 dried dates (for natural sweetness)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
