This smoothie blends the creaminess of yogurt, the sweetness of berries, and the subtle fizz of kombucha into one refreshing glass. It’s a fun and healthy way to get your probiotics in — especially on hot days when you want something cold, satisfying, and energizing. The added dried dates give it a naturally sweet finish without refined sugar.

Ingredients
3 cups ice
2 cups yogurt (plain or sweetened)
3 cups mixed berries (blueberries & raspberries work great)
1 cup Bücha Kombucha (Mixed Berries flavor recommended)
2 dried dates (for natural sweetness)
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
